HMRC are warning taxpayers not to reply to emails that they may receive to say that they’re eligible for a tax rebate. This is a phishing scam designed to get hold of your bank details and subsequently drain your account. Scammers are using email addresses including: noreply@hmrevenue.com, refund-help@hmrc.gov.uk, and service@hmrc.gov.uk.
