Matters can delay tax rebates

Now is the time to chase up a tax rebate if the one you were hoping to have received simply hasn’t materialised. The fact is that tax rebates do not always just appear in a timely manner and sometimes certain situations prevent them from being generated at all. It is much better to start correspondence about getting a tax rebate yourself than to wait for the Inland Revenue to get in touch.

Trying to speak to the Inland Revenue is usually impossible because the organisation tends to deal with things in writing. This makes it hard to know what you need to say in a letter in order to get your tax rebate. It often also leads to correspondence that goes back and forth and delays your bid for a refund.

Instead, you need to get things right first time. This means speaking to professionals because they know exactly what you need to say and what you need to include if you are going to get your tax rebate as quickly as you can and avoid frustration situations that leave you waiting for what is rightfully yours.
